Hear from our colleagues

  • Working at NCP has been an incredible experience. The environment here is welcoming, collaborative, and supportive—everyone is genuinely helpful and friendly. From the very beginning, I’ve felt encouraged to grow and develop in my career. The company invests heavily in development and training opportunities, which has allowed me to continually expand my skills and progress professionally. Whether it’s through mentoring, hands-on training, or structured career development plans, NCP truly supports its employees in achieving their goals. I’m proud to be part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

  • I joined NCP in 2021 following a long spell in the hospitality industry. I was at a stage in my working life where I needed to try something new, something different. Immediately, I fell in love with the role, the company and the visions and values. There is a real “one team” mentality and collaborative approach to everything we do. Since joining, I have worked alongside colleagues in the company from the frontline right up to director level, all of whom offer support, advice and encouragement. I really do feel valued at NCP. What I love most is that a “typical day”, is never typical. Each day brings different challenges and new learning experiences. Fast forward to 2025 and I am a Commercial Operations manager, responsible for managing our business and frontline teams across two countries. NCP has given me the opportunity to really develop my skillset and have supported and encouraged me to reach that next level of professional growth

    Allen Lappin

  • I joined NCP in October 2024 as a Facilities Team Leader, and from the very start, I have been impressed by the incredibly supportive environment. Coming into the role as someone new to facilities, I initially felt a bit apprehensive, but the culture at NCP made it easy for me to learn, grow and flourish. I’ve particularly enjoyed being able to put forward ideas to improve the efficiency of our facilities management function. It’s so rewarding to know that my suggestions are not only welcomed but actively encouraged and often implemented. NCP has truly provided me with the opportunity to develop professionally whilst feeling supported every step of the way. I look forward to continuing my journey with such a fantastic team.

  • I have been with NCP for nearly 20 years, and it’s been an incredible journey. Starting in an entry-Level position, I have had the opportunity to work my way up the ladder, gaining valuable skills and experiences along the way. The culture here encourages hard work, collaboration, and continuous learning and I am proud to be a part of that.

  • Having just immigrated from South Africa I was incredibly nervous about entering the job market in the UK. I had been the loyal employee in SA for 20 years so the though of entering the job market again was terrifying. NCP was one of the few jobs that piqued my interest and fear aside I applied for the position and finally got my first interview in the UK. My initial contact was with the Recruitment Business Partner Faye Murphy. She was amazing. She explained what I could expect and after a quick chat, or vetting depending on who you speak too, she set up my interview via Teams with my now manager Jack Vallois and my now Commercial Business Manager Simon Miles. Once I was in the interview, I was pleasantly surprised by the way that the process was explained. Not only the job requirements itself but the core values of the company. Kazien was something that resonated with me as a person to my core. I loved the idea of working towards continuous improvement, putting yourself in other people’s shoes and working as a team. The interview process was very structured and explained so that at no point I felt overwhelmed and surprisingly even the nerves were gone. By the time we were done I was all in. A couple of days later Jack contacted me for a face-to-face meeting at my now office. I met some of the team and then I get the best news ever I GOT THE JOB! Since then, life has been a rollercoaster, and it has been an amazing ride so far. Even through the ups and downs I have been supported, listened to and most of all heard. Working for NCP has really shown me that some companies live and breathe their values and hold every employee to them as well. Any problem I have faced has always been accompanied by someone in the business with advice, support or the answers I am looking for. Whether by other area colleagues in the same role or management in other departments, everyone is a phone call away. I am loving my tenure at NCP.

    Angela Nolte

    Commercial Operations Manager

  • My career in NCP began in 2009. I was employed as a customer service assistant at Warrington Bank Quay Train stations. My day to day duties have always varied from working at railway stations, airports, hospitals and retail parks. Over the past 15 years I seen NCP transform and continue to evolve. Always looking to ensure the customer journey is seamless with improved brand standards and forever evolving technology. The team at NCP are unique and I have been privileged to be part of that team for the past 15 years.

  • NCP is the first company I worked in the UK after I relocated to this country. I instantly felt a warm welcome at NCP. It is a workplace with a diverse and inclusive culture, where I feel a strong sense of collaboration and support for one another. I am also empowered to design and implement new initiatives to drive organisational transformation. It is an exciting and fulfilling journey for me.

    Virginia Tao

  • I started working for NCP in September 2023 as a Commercial Area Sales Executive, even from as early as the interview stage I could tell that I would be joining an environment that was supportive, and a community that cared about my personal development. This has recently been proven by my transition into a new role as an Acquisition Manager. I think this shows NCP's commitment to supporting you in both professional and personal growth. Collaboration has been a big part of my time at NCP, and the help I have received from all internal stakeholders in different departments during my time here speaks volumes about NCPs culture.
