  • My career in NCP began in 2009. I was employed as a customer service assistant at Warrington Bank Quay Train stations. My day to day duties have always varied from working at railway stations, airports, hospitals and retail parks. Over the past 15 years I seen NCP transform and continue to evolve. Always looking to ensure the customer journey is seamless with improved brand standards and forever evolving technology. The team at NCP are unique and I have been privileged to be part of that team for the past 15 years.
