Join Our Team as a Customer Service Assistant!

This is a full-time role (36 hours p.w), that will see you working 4 days, over 7 including weekends due to the nature of the business. Days and hours as followed, Mondays (10am -6pm), Fridays (10am-6pm), Saturdays (8am-6pm) & Sundays (8am-6pm).

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Assistant at our Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh site your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment.

 Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.

• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.

• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.

Requirements:

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.

• Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
