Telesales Account Executive
Are you an ambitious sales professional who thrives on delivering results and building strong client relationships? At NCP, we are looking for a driven Telesales Account Executive to join our Commercial team and help grow our B2B sales of Season Ticket products – including Unlimited and Hybrid options – across monthly, quarterly, and annual terms.
You’ll play a key role in generating new business, managing your own sales pipeline, and nurturing a portfolio of existing corporate clients. If you’re motivated by targets, passionate about customer service, and ready to take the next step in your career, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls (75%) and manage inbound queries (25%) to convert leads into business
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and follow-up
Present our products clearly and persuasively to business customers
Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts through excellent account management
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
Record all sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems
Provide timely reports and performance updates to management
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues effectively
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and product developments
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales, ideally in a target-driven environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
Confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
High school education as a minimum
A proactive and customer-centric approach to sales and service
