Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales, team performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our high-performing team and play a key role in achieving our commercial objectives at NCP.
About the Role
As Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering NCP’s revenue targets through the effective management of a telesales and administration team. You’ll lead outbound sales activity, support inbound conversion, and collaborate with our Regional Sales Executives to drive performance across both B2B and B2C channels. Your focus will be on growing season ticket sales and associated products, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach the team to meet revenue and performance targets
Develop and implement outbound sales processes with clear KPIs
Support digital migration of sales platforms (App/Web)
Monitor and analyse sales figures to inform strategic decisions
Manage inbound customer enquiries, webchats, and contact forms
Conduct monthly one-to-ones and set clear performance objectives
Ensure accurate CRM data management and adherence to terms and conditions
Drive implementation of new products into existing and new business
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in sales, preferably telesales or field sales
Previous experience in leading and developing a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to plan, organise, and deliver against performance targets
Customer-focused with a professional and adaptable approach
