Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for navigating risk in complex environments? We’re looking for a Risk Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in safeguarding our business's resilience and compliance.

About the Role
As our Risk Manager, you’ll lead the charge in embedding a robust risk management framework, ensuring we stay ahead of regulatory requirements while fostering a proactive risk culture. You'll collaborate with teams across the business, managing risk reporting, leading audits, and driving key initiatives that underpin our strategic goals.

Your expertise will influence decision-making at the highest levels, with responsibilities including:

  • Acting as the SME on risk, guiding teams on frameworks and best practices.
  • Overseeing risk reporting processes and facilitating workshops.
  • Supporting audits, including ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  • Leading training to inspire a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
  • Managing insurance strategies and business continuity plans.

About You
You bring a wealth of experience in risk management, compliance, and business continuity planning within a customer-centric environment. You're an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A professional qualification (e.g., IRMCert) and knowledge of insurance and audit practices will set you apart.
