I joined NCP in June 2025 and have been working in L&D and Talent Management roles for over 15 years.

With a background in organisational psychology, I have had the pleasure of working in Insurance, Manufacturing and Environmental Services sectors, with companies such as Manulife, Southco, Veolia and most recently AIA Group in Asia Pacific.

I am based in the Bailey Office and I will be working closely with all functions on designing and delivering Learning & Development solutions that align with business needs, enabling people and skills development across the organisation.
